30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to process your return request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please contact our support team before returning any item. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including personalized items, gift cards, hazardous materials, and any item that has been used or altered after delivery.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to assist with cancellation requests. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
