Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, you must contact us first. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our priority is to make it right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned due to their nature. This includes perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive your desired product without delay.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The item must still meet the same return conditions, including being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
