These Terms of Service govern your use of deanurx.com and purchases made from Deanurx. Deanurx is operated by PHAMCHUNG LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
By accessing our website, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weights, quantities, prices, and availability accurately.
Natural materials such as coco coir may have reasonable variations in color, fiber texture, density, moisture level, expansion, and appearance between batches.
Images may include props, plants, soil, containers, tools, packaging illustrations, or demonstration materials that are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
3. PRODUCT USE
Coco coir is a growing-medium component and is not represented as a complete fertilizer.
Customers are responsible for determining the appropriate amount of water, nutrients, soil amendments, and growing conditions for their specific plants.
Product results may vary depending on preparation, climate, watering, plant type, nutrients, storage, and other conditions outside our control.
4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, inventory error, unauthorized resale, or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and payment terms are displayed during checkout.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify, Shop Pay, PayPal, card networks, or other authorized payment providers.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address errors, holidays, service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Deanurx name, logo, website layout, original written content, product presentation, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PHAMCHUNG LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, scrape, sell, or commercially use our protected content without written authorization.

Our website may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, shipping carriers, or services that we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHAMCHUNG LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse of the product, unsuitable growing conditions, incorrect preparation, or matters outside our reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PHAMCHUNG LLC from claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
14. SEVERABILITY
