Most customers receive their orders within 3 to 4 business days after orders are processed. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days for remote areas. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in your order total. Please note that these charges are non-refundable, and if a package is refused or left unclaimed due to unpaid fees, the original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
To ensure successful delivery, it is important to provide accurate shipping information and complete any customs requirements if contacted by your local authorities. If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incomplete customs clearance, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.
For preorder items, shipments are processed in the order they are received. Early supporters are prioritized to ensure a fair and consistent fulfillment process.
We are unable to mark shipments as “gifts” to avoid customs fees, as this does not comply with international shipping regulations.
